Soul Eater Makaxsoul Doushinji In English

dollhouse dolls - Lotte Sievers-Hahn - wooden dolls house dolls

Lotte Sievers-Hahn-carved wooden dolls are entirely handmade and have their design changed little in decades.
The Holzschnitzunternehmen was founded in 1929 by Lotte Hahn Eyendorf, district of Lüneburg. After her marriage to Theo Sievers Brockel we moved to where the company is still at home, led by the descendants of the family. Lotte Hahn also had learned the Holzschnitzhandwerk in the Erzgebirge and receive for their craftsmanship many awards. Besides dolls dolls dolls in folk costumes, nativity figures, etc. made there are also larger dolls.
The legs are straight and the small doll with a wooden rod attached to the body, so they are flexible in the hips, the arms are also flexible, strong fibers held by the shoulders. The dolls from simple timeless clothes Baumwolle und Filz und schlichte Frisuren aus Baumwollstickgarn - besonders reizvoll ist der ruhige Gesichtsausdruck, der mit wenigen Farbtupfern erreicht wird.
These figures have their roots in the Erzgebirge tradition.
The woodcarving manufactory was founded in 1929 by Lotte Hahn in Eyendorf, near Lüneburg, in the north of Germany. After the marriage to Theo Sievers the couple moved to Brockel, which has been the location of the family business until today.

Lotte Hahn had learnt the woodcarving craft in the ore mountains - Erzgebirge -, too, and gained many rewards for her creations. Apart from dolls house dolls she designed dolls in traditional costumes, dolls for créches, large dolls and more.
The legs of the small dolls are fixed to the body with a pin, so that they can be bend, the arms are flexible, too, fixed with string to the shoulders. They wear clothes made of cotton or felt, a timeless design just like the simple hairstyle. I find the quiet expression on their faces very attractive, achieved by a few spots of colour.

My dolls are from the beginning of the 1970s, I presume, the wood has darkened a good deal. Although they do not fit in many surroundings, certainly not in a plastic box room 70s, they add atmosphere to a wooden doll house with wooden furniture - just like these Paul Nicely bedroom pieces from the 60s/70s.
"Our wood carving and toy shop was established in 1929 as a family and have an over 80-year-old tradition.
has the distinctive characteristic of the figures from linden wood was and still is our trademark. In each figure that leaves our workshop, it is a entirely by hand-carved, painted with oil paints and possibly clad original. " Quote from the Webseite des Unternehmens

"Our wood-carving and toy workshop was established in 1929 as a family-held enterprise and so it has a tradition of more than 80 years.
The striking characteristics of the articles of limewood have always been our brand. Every single figure that leaves our shop is a completely hand-carved, with oil colours painted and partly dressed original. Our glove-puppets and puppets were awarded with the title "play well" ("play well") and are recognized as educational toys. " (Taken from the website of the company)
Even if the dolls do not fit into any office, I like them in wooden houses with wooden furniture. My dolls are probably from the early 70s, so I put it to Paul Nicely furniture from this period. Since the design of the dolls as little has changed over the years, it is always difficult to make statements about the age. The wood of this family is very darkened, but that just makes them attractive.

1979 Good Toy (Good Toys)
appeared regularly on the dolls Lotte Sievers-Hahn in the recommendation lists of good toys on, just like my other favorite producers (Caco, Erna Meyer, Bodo Hennig). Unfortunately, there are not many photos from that period like this, but here we see that they already end of the 70 modern hairstyles and wore clothes.
Lotte Sievers-Hahn's dolls, as well as many of my favorite dolls companies like Caca, Erna Meyer or Bodo Hennig, received many rewards for valuable and educational toys. Sadly I never found many photos in these articles. Here they are pictured in 1979 with some Caco dolls and a playmobil (?) Caravan, they definitely look much more modern in clothes and hair style than my dolls.

Outlook Sending Spam, How To Fix

News from the Egyptian social democratic revolution

vie Citizens of Egypt after the Tunisians and want to achieve, as there, a radical democratization of society. Leading in these protests are not the Muslim brotherhoods, but well-connected young Egyptians and the Egyptians from the center of society. Saw it yesterday, look as if Mubarak could survive the insurgency, it is the state of the hour, that are burned in the big cities, almost all party headquarters (the party of Mubarak) - without that the military intervened here. The Mubarak-loyal police are also partly burnt, State bats are hunted and are said to have the hour, together with the Egyptian police, almost completely withdrawn - perhaps to the evening out for retaliation auszuholen. But this is pure speculation, partly so be it, that dissolve in police stations or ausbüxen the teams. Even the military does not have the slightest institutions, the state command of a general curfew enforced. Completely different. as it requires political analysts have said, is proposing the Egyptian army from hour to hour more on the side of the demonstrators. The cry "Down with Mubarak" is fully open by the majority of tank crews sung! Half rumors are said to have already broken away parts of the Generalitat of Mubarak.

runs from the time of Mubarak.

And very different from what it Islamophobic or "pro-Western experts" have predicted is that travel in the North African States towards Islamism - the much talked about "angry young men" in the Arab states call for democracy, fighting corruption and social state. While the majority of European countries still provide the "stability" to the autocracies of the Arab States (ie: staying in power of dictators do), while Israel has no urgent desire as the preservation of the rule of Mubarak (which is quite understandable in the case of Israel, although short-sighted), while Obama stopped for a quick end to the uprising hopes, while a political Europe, reference is made fremdelt predominantly with the protesting citizens of Arab countries (here including the cowardly comments by Westerwelle ), the citizens of Arabia make their way to be - one might say - Europeanize. is

in Egypt with El Baradei is an excellent politician available, could succeed with the move towards a social democracy.

PS
from pseudo liberal / wirtchaftsliberaler view is difficult to explain the discontent of the Egyptians, these were but in recent years been "spoiled" with strong growth of the national product. But it does matter very

on whether economic prosperity only benefit the elite (FDP-creator) - or the width of the population. Among the lessons to be learned from the Egyptian developments, I reckon:

I do not have enough chairs of Modella from this time, but like the free space in the middle of me.
armchairs I need more of this time but on the other hand do I like the emptiness of this room.

The wallpaper is gift wrapping paper from the airport in Glasgow, the floor is PVC imitation with which the room is original. The walls were all still from the original white paper and should be well-papered itself.

Boombox

As long wait in Berlin, founded in 1995 Beatles on their breakthrough had been so successful are Alternative-Punk rocker now. Since there is usually no reason to change something on the success of the no-frills, rapid and powerful fleets to power songs. The sixth studio album Boombox but does not sound at all after a rehash of its predecessor Limbo Messiah. There already indicated a more poppy song like "She Was Great" in that the Beatles can not just swish.

Especially in comparison with a work such as Living Targets significant stylistic changes can be heard. Boombox begins with the date set by sawing guitars "Fix It", but already the single from Milk & Honey (on which there is the cover version "Head On" by The Jesus & Mary Chain) and his piano music and power pop elements moves far away from punk and hardcore. "Cheap Comments" is driven by a groovy and rumbling bass that can not irritate the guitar broadsides. Then reduce but the Beast steaks not only the speed and turn down a corridor, they turn on "Let's See" to the ska and pop, which you must think of The Police.

the straightforward rock number "Access adrenaline" was the only one in the studio Chez Cherie in Berlin Neukölln, where Moses Schneider already Dendemann, the wrong colors or Tocotronic supervised. With him as a long-time producer wanted to record there also boombox, but somehow liked the Beatles because the resulting songs are not as good as the demo versions from our own rehearsal room. Then Moses told Schneider that she should just stay in their room. No sooner said than done. The money saved was invested in microphones, and then it went into the private Boombox on. The not have a 35 minute drive was recorded except for some overdubbing almost entirely live. Was mixed Boombox first time in the Beatles career, not in Germany, but by Nick Launay (who worked with Nick Cave, Maxïmo Park and Arcade Fire) in Los Angeles. The result is an already astonishing, rarely is the one established by the Beatles music as wide.

White Lies - Ritual

Our rating: ****
Ritual

One must of course also has a penchant for bombast, as well as the new producer Alan Moulder was the boys obviously not explain that eighteen superimposed tracks alone do not necessarily generate emotions. But what he could evidently was to dissuade them bad songs (with "Holy Ghost" and "Come Down", he closed his generous one eye).

matter. Toll is not only how losdangeln in the chorus of the opener "Love Is" Madchester translucent guitars, but that the usual epic sweeping arrangements, combined with the singer of Stimmschwulst McVeigh did not suddenly embarrassed, but, uh sound cool.

brings us to "Strangers" are atypical at first glance, White Lies uptempo song, the chorus, however, palmed a knotless is. Yes, that is theatrical, it sounds like stadium beer and fountain, but that interferes with Depeche Mode and even today no more.

"Bigger Than Us" had a single in advance of the new sound horizon, which now allow a lot more electronics. All those who want to hear on the debut album any hymns, may now move purely "Peace & Quiet", and that is the full 5:54 minutes please. Then, hopefully, only once peace and tranquility.

back out to run the White Lies still have the two mentioned Schnitzer, go for it "The Power & The Glory" and move all the "Turn The Bells" again fully. Here, too, interferes there is no second that McVeigh singer still more Hall puts on his voice as Roland Orzabal from Tears For Fears once.

What will tell the black hipster people to "ritual"? Does not matter soon. As the story goes, the White Lies are set by the career of the Kings Of Leon impressed. This record suggests that her audience will grow further.

Tu Fawning - Hearts on Hold

Our rating: ****
Hearts on Hold

drum beats, drum rolls and Schellenklirren: Tu Fawning let out very little with which somehow create a rhythm leaves. At the debut of the quartet from Portland, the beats are at the center of the complex sounds. Mastermind Joe Haege, who is known already from the 31 Knots announced, leaves, conventional song writing he is not interested. You can hear this: Together with singer Corrina Repp play, he founded the multi-instrumental band, their songs with different influences. To Beat the frames around reel nostalgic piano sounds, timid folk melodies, indie rock guitars, trombones and trumpets. The ten numbers seem enchanted like what is by Corrinas otherworldly vocals ENHANCED. All in all, they remain strangely emotionsarm. On "Hearts on Hold" position instead of emotions rather sophisticated and varied sound spectra in the foreground. It is less an album for those special moments as for special listening experience.
Everywhere rattling, crackling and rumbling quite wonderful.

Crystal Fighters - Star of Love

Our rating: ****
Star of Love

The promotional story of the year, offer the Catalan-American-British quintet from London to ever at least: singer Laura travels to the Basque country and is in the estate of her grandfather an unfinished opera. So the Crystal Fighters get down to implementation and learn new instruments such as Txalapartas - A tree trunk tense tone woods that are processed by two musicians with wooden mallets. But no matter whether the story is a lie fully: the mix of traditional Basque sounds and electronic club sounds works surprisingly well. The folky "Swallow" is attacked by a merciless Dubstepbass and turns into a psychedelic anthem, "I love London" quoted ghetto funk, and right from the Kitsuné compilations known "Xtatic Truth" will soon shake up any dance floor. In Tribalpopsong "I do it everyday" bring the Crystal Fighters even under very consistent metal guitars. Just a pity that they have not integrated into the Promo fairy tale. We would have bought a grandma their husbands with a Catalan musician Metal cheating.

BABI children's department store bags - BABI bags for toy shops

The development of a paper bag to the plastic bag can be studied also in the shop. The bags in these photos are all from one company: The company Gebr
Baur according to the dictionary of the dolls and doll houses were founded in 1829 by two brothers in Biberach in Württemberg, who was a pastry chef and the other merchant. They were by Tragantfiguren known mass, the miniatures were made at that time. In the dictionary entry you will find pictures of ads the company for shop items from 1913, 1929, 1931 and 1952. The trade mark was in 1931 BABI (Baur Biberach). In the '50s they offered to purchase edible items in the store sugar, chocolate and marzipan.

Changes: from paper to plastic bag bag, in the toy shop, too. The bags on these photos are from one company:
"Gebr Baur" was founded by two brothers in 1829 in Biberach, Germany. The first one was a pastry chef and the other one a merchant. They sold tragacanth miniatures, an oldfashioned substance used for dolls house miniatures as well. In Swantje Köhler's German dolls house dictionary you see ads for toy shop accessories from 1913, 1929, 1931 and 1952. Already in 1931 their trademark was BABI (BAur BIberach). During the 1950s their range of products included edible accessories made of sugar, chocolate and marzipan.

Cold War Kids - Mine Is Yours

Our rating: ****
Mine Is Yours
What one name not everything can cause when he is mentioned often enough in the same context. Namely, that the new, third album of the Cold War put off kids under the aegis of producer Jaquire King was born, can really only frighten those who are with the accompanying horror appetizers (Kings Of Leon "Come Around Sundown", Norah Jones, Billy Talent) leaves. Because it's obviously not as well fit into the picture remains then but would like to mention, that this man is responsible for just the production of almost all Tom Waits albums after the turn of the century, as is the fabulous "Good News ..." Modest Mouse and the highly acclaimed "Do It!" the Liverpool band, The Clinic.

On closer listening, the modification is not all that serious, because the essential stylistic features of the quartet from Los Angeles have survived even under King: the campy, slightly angezickte vocals Nathan Willetts, the powerful and unwieldy category of what is probably one may call Soul Rock, the creativity and the complexity of their songs, the band is still tempted to overstretch oneself every now and then sometimes powerful. The humus from which they draw now s just no longer the creaky Indie Rock as yet with the predecessors' Robbers & Cowards "and" Loyalty to Loyalty ", but rather the smooth and more conventional rock of the 90s - their Springsteen-lesson at least they seem to have learned.

That may gutfinden it or not, firm, is that the Cold War Kids, despite this direction correction miles away from it to be flat or becoming intoxicated as a Chris Martin's own striking pathos in order afterwards to drown in sentiment - it still sounds after the passion, the scratches from the soul as Willett. "Mine Is Yours" as the title song, the playful "Out of Wilderness", a sad and beautiful "Skip The Charades" and the supported "Broken Open", all beautiful pieces with daily horizon and a great deal of passion. And if something goes wrong such as "Sensitive Kid," which feels on the Radiohead-terrain obviously a little uncomfortable, then reimbursed immediately after touching the "Bulldozer" and makes the guys if this fallibility again a sympathetic piece.

Joan As Police Woman - The Deep Field

Our rating: ****
The Deep Field

Joan Wasser played for years with her band The Dambuilders either loud rock, or she was a violinist with recordings of Elysian Fields, Trail Of Dead, Sheryl Crow, Sparklehorse, Juliana Hatfield, Adam Green, David Gahan, the Scissor Sisters, Lloyd Cole and many more in the background. Two musicians paved the way for her own career. In her New York residence she had Antony and the Johnsons "Hegarty - whose acclaimed album I Am A Bird Now should play it later - met and become part of his band, The Johnsons. Thus I returned to the Chamber-Pop and his sensitivity. Rufus Wainwright took the sought-after studio musician on tour and had all the concerts as open as support. With its intimate, beautiful, relaxed and Soul songs flowed through it convinced a new audience that could take water with her own band Joan As Police Woman. Later than their third album, The Deep Field, the American earned the recognition as an excellent songwriter and singer. After two anyway good works, it works here quite large on the form, as the former girlfriend of the late Jeff Buckley reduces the levels of indie rock in favor of even more soul and Barjazz of fabulous sounds and an intimate atmosphere, one can hardly can resist. No track on The Deep Field takes a so far with how the nearly 8-minute "flash" on which we inexplicably unknown Joseph Arthur brings his baritone. This song is a trip that makes clear why Joan water album Named after the end of 1995 resulting image "Deep Field" of the Hubble telescope. This was directed to a small point in space from which it was thought that he was completely empty. We found but a few stars of the Milky Way and galaxies ever discovered. Water compares with the exploration of one's life, in which one can dive as deep as you want, there is always something new. Opens for the singer never leaves one's comfort zone and endowed with a haunting song. It's nice to see that someone was standing in the shadow of other colleagues, is now playing second fiddle.

Adel - 21

Our rating: ****
21

The first highlight for 2011 is here: Adele delivers with "21" a more than worthy successor to their successful debut "19". The first single from the album "Rolling In The Deep" was written by Adele and Paul Epworth and produced by Adele herself as "dark bluesy gospel disco tune" described and has already begun to rotate violently on every radio station. Much of the album was in Malibu at the studio of the legendary Rick Rubin (Johnny Cash, Jay Z, Red Hot Chilli Peppers) and in London at the hardly less famous Paul Epworth (Plan B, Bloc Party, Florence). Adele Others called Wanda Jackson, Yvonne Fair, Andrew Bird, Mary J Blige, Mos Def, Elbow, Tom Waits and Kanye West as the key influences for "21". Despite their young age Adele can already look back on a remarkable career. At 19 she became the first artist to BRITS Critics' Choice Award. Her Mercury-nominated debut album "19" went straight to No. 1 in the UK album charts, has been awarded double platinum and sold more than 2 million worldwide. Their debut single "Chasing Pavements" was also a huge hit, reaching No. 2 in the UK and became a success around the globe. 2009, just 20 years, Adele has received two Grammys: Best New Artist and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. Adele really had a good start, but beware: Chapter 2 is just beginning!

Wire - Red Barked Tree

Our rating: ****
Red Barked Tree

A look at the amazing Vita of wire leaves a puzzle, how many in the spring, this band, then, actually is, where it still takes away more than thirty years, a fine drive any embarrassment after another so often. Scoffer could now claim that London is to have the aggressive punk tours of their early days and no less savage Rockist ventures at the start of the new millennium now agreed to a Relaxed, age-appropriate and group-dynamic brand of Post Punk. The electronics would probably call it a kind of basic acoustic performance, without major compromises were possible, no matter how many old man.

course this is wrong and evil once because, like on the successful predecessor, "Object 47" Wire celebrate on the new album not so much the essence of her work. That songs like "Please Take", "Adapt" or "Clay" while more left than that sound almost five-minute "Down To This" even worn, you can give them hardly reproach - they had even at times of major acts such as " The Ideal Copy "already in such a program. In addition, it would amount to beat, that wire even now control their Grinderman - rough, faster songs like "Now Was", "Two Minutes" or the stomping "Moreover," work very fresh and placed no time or part-teen.

Who has the guys around to Colin Newman seen live lately, who knows that they want and still can - they are just not ready yet. And if you here and there a trick as the final title track succeed, they must meinenthalben forever, ideally with the contemporary reconciled Hook & Sumner, a cruise ship's band to seniors cruise.
