How Does Meningities Feel?

Social Distortion - Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes

Our rating: *****
Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes

For six long years had to be patient until Mike Ness and his squad a new Social Distortion album was complete. is it worth the wait? My objective opinion: yes, definitely! The Punk Accelerator is indeed hardly yet come, but abound on "Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes" like a ton of great melodies, more rocking sound and lots of emotions. After the instrumental Intro It is unusual, "soulful" with "California (Huslte and Flow)" going on, which is accompanied by a gospel choir and, of course, very cool promt ear goes. Choirs, piano and organ sounds are heard on the new plant generally increased. This does not mean that this will take the upper hand, it is only in comparison to previous works Sun "Hard Times ..." is not a soft washed plate, if only because every now and again even the snotty punk-n-Roll-pig is let off the leash, as with "Machine Gun Blues" or "Alone and Forsaken". Songs like "Bakersfield" and "Writing On The Wall" convey very strong feelings on the other hand, without seeming even slightly cheesy. Mike Ness understood It has always been to press, even the hardest rockers a tear from her eye.
The new social-D-output is just again a universal album. It is for those who just want to celebrate only for those who suffer from love sickness, for those who are just in love, for embittered, for happy, easy for everyone. As you take even six-year waiting period in their stride.
